Solid vape shop for me. I went here because it seemed more "mom + pop" versus the getting-commercialized Vapor Shark, etc. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a huge cloud of smoke. That's a good sign, right? I mean, I would be worried if it was completely clean, empty air in a vape shop haha. There were kids chillin' and lounging from what I saw and another couple waiting to be serviced. I like that the store has its own unique feel to it. I really enjoyed its aesthetic value. It also did have that "bar" authenticity to it. I also really liked that they have a whole booklet you can browse through while you wait. It really helped to make my selection faster. I wished that they carried their own bottles of their concoctions but apparently they don't really do that anymore -- would've loved to try it. Anyways, service was great, quick and easy. Knew exactly what I wanted and helped me with ease. Definitely seeing this as my new go-to shop when up in the Miramar area while at work. Def recommend this place!

After trying out most of the local vapor shops in the area I have to say this is the best shop I been to. The owners are super friendly and take the time to help out the customers, Armando is super friendly and very knowledgeable.

So I assume that the reviews that are not recommended are because all of the reviewers have a single review. And while Jake, I can appreciate your honest review but I'll try to give one, honestly, on the opposite end of the spectrum. I've been going here for a couple of months. Note: I am NOT affiliated with Gypsy Moon and I'm not an "aficionado" of vaping. My only goal has been to quit smoking which I have put down cigarettes...It's just the nicotine thing I've need to ween from. I found the place just from a Google search. I figured why not. From the outside it's rather unassuming. Inside it's got a nice ambiance. Again, not a serious vaper but this place has what I need. A nice selection of juices, batteries, tanks, etc. What I really give this place 4 stars for is the fact that they are the nicest folks you can do business with. I have a couple of tanks that are giving me issues which I didn't purchase from them..."Bring em in" they say. "We'll get those things going for sure!" Plus, I was told, "Hey, if you're planning on coming by and it's close to 9, give us a call, we'll wait for you." To me, that's solid work on a small vape shop. Is some of their stuff knockoffs? Maybe. I don't know. I've purchased items from them which have held up well. Do they try to push you to buy stuff? I honestly haven't had them push things on me. I continue to go back just because it's a pleasant experience each time I've been.

I would like to start off saying that this place has truly changed my idea of a vapor store, it has the warmest and friendliest atmosphere you can possibly get. Every time I go there I say to myself that ill only get something and leave, 20 min max... Well at the end I end up staying for hours and most likely leave with a smile on my face and a very good quality product. Their staff is exceptional, they truly know what theyre doing and they are very honest when it comes to the details and facts about their products. In this area there are many vapor stores but this one has truly taken over for me, changed from others stores to this one.

So as a follow up to my prior review I would like to share some info with the community. I received a text from the owner stating that because of my honest opinion he was being harassed by yelp to pay to get his rating higher. Ronni then proceeds to tell me that he fixed the issue with the second defective item I purchased at his store and it was waiting for pickup . I asked if it was available he said no. I asked why he didn't bother to text me that information since he had my number and used it to let me know how he was being hustled by Yelp. BTW I think its a breach of privacy due to the fact that the number was provided to alert me about my rewards points. I then asked him why he refused to exchange the MVP that was defective and ruining any tank I placed on it. His reply was I should have returned it to the manufacturer. Truth is he told me he was an authorized dealer. I didn't buy it from the manufacturer I purchased it from him. I would not recommend buying from this shop because although the owner is charming and willing to accommodate a customer when they are buying the real test is when you have an issue. In my opinion Gypsy Moon failed big. As stated in another review I am a very experienced Vaper. The e cig industry is relatively new and it's very easy for someone who is trying to quit smoking to get ripped off. I feel it's my duty to let the vaping community about my experience.
